1) You have to stick your finger into the socket to get shocked.
2) Try some oil on the hinges. Go to a hardware store and buy some WD40. and use some on the hinge. If it still makes noise, replace it.

(1) you might get a shock, but more likely you'll get a rather bad burn - light bulb are HOT!
(2) Check the hinges. If they are reasonably plumb, then a bit of lubricant will probably reduce the squeaking. If they're not plumb, then you might have to rehang the door, with the hinges in the right position.

No I change them all the time, but if the bulb or tube has a crack in it, don't grab it by the crack, you will get zapped, it happen to me.
-
No, but you will burn your fingers. The light bulb will be hot.
Try lubricating the squeaky door hinge. Also check to see that the door is hanging square and not rubbing when it closes.

Probably not, but turn off the switch anyway. A little household oil on the hinge will do the trick on the hinge.

No, you won't get electrocuted changing the bulb, but it will get hot.
WD40 will take care of the hinges.
