Ok, so I need a really good science fair project idea but I cant think of anything! It can be like what diaper brand is more absorbent or what hairspray works the best. However, if you tell me to use those ideas, i cant because people in my class are already doing these projects! The project has to be helpful in the world someway, it has to be something that nobody exactly knows yet. For example, the "which brand of diaper is more absorbent" the project has to be purposeful. If anyone can make a list of 8th to 9th grade projects, that would be sooo helpful! Thanks in advance!

Do an experiment with stain removers. A few different brands on a few different types of stains (plus a control which is just in water). So you need say an old white sheet to cut up into squares to put your stains on. And clear cups to put your experiments in. Stains might be grass stains, beet root stain, red wine, pen or marker stain. And you spray each stain with a product and stick them into your cup with water and see (over time - like a day) which product "removes" each type of stain best. this one is quite easy to do and "visual" which is always more interesting!

Which brand of mouthwash kills the most germs and bacteria. If you pick this you can ask your science teacher to help you in ordering bacteria samples and place the same amount of each different brand of mouthwash in the samples, and then conclude which killed the most bacteria
