I am writing a Conclusion for my experiment in my science research project, am i allowed to say 'I'

I concluded that, etc.Just write the part of the sentence which would naturally follow those phrases.I believe that the plants getting more iron will have more colorful flowers. is not right.Just write Hypothesis:The plants getting more iron will have more colorful flowers.......
in writing a conclusion for a scientific report is first and second person language allowed? if not, what kind of language must i use

Both the hypothesis and the conclusion should be written as a definitive statement.

Avoid "I think that", "I expect that", "I concluded that", etc. Just write the part of the sentence which would naturally follow those phrases. "I believe that the plants getting more iron will have more colorful flowers." is not right. Just write "Hypothesis: The plants getting more iron will have more colorful flowers.". Same with the conclusion.

A science report must be written in past tense and Never in first person
the liquid was poured into X mixture. The experiment result showed/ demonstrated/ correlated with hypothesis that XTZ. The data confirmed the bla bla that bla bla ....the results supported the hypothesis that.....
Conclusion= recap to what was mentioned in aim experiment and results Never mention or introduce anything NEW in this section of report/or essay

In conclusion the results indicated ( the following ) . .

State the facts . . let the reader draw the conclusion.
