I know there's a few of these questions around, but mine's a little different:
Basically, I have a psychiatrists appointment tomorrow afternoon, where they'll likely prescribe antidepressants. The problem is, it's 3:15 am, and I've been drinking a bit. I'm not really drunk, nor tipsy, I just had 2 glasses of Iced Tea and Cointreau. I'm on my third now, but I'll pour it down the drain if it's not okay.
I know that it's not good, and possibly quite dangerous to mix antidepressants and alcohol. So I'm basically wondering, if I stop drinking right now, will it be safe to take antidepressants in about 12+ hours?
I do tend to sober up reasonably quickly, I'm a big guy, but I know it takes a while for alcohol to completely exit the system.

I'd say it would be fine.
But you should tell your psychiatrist during the appointment tomorrow.
