So we have natural laws that we observe here on Earth and in our solar system, etc

and those exceptions are more like, Our laws dont describe this, instead of Our laws are different here.Like Newtonian physics describes life on Earth, but if you start sending satellites into space or probes to the planets, you are going to have to worry about Einsteins relativity.......
Are there other laws, inside our visible universe (or invisible for that matter) that would be considered opposite or contrary to our perceived "natural law"? In other words, is there a galaxy out there, that's been measured, etc, and the forces of gravity act differently? Or is natural law been observed to be the same EVERY WHERE in the universe?

The natural laws are the same everywhere with a few exceptions, and those exceptions are more like, "Our laws don't describe this," instead of "Our laws are different here."

Like Newtonian physics describes life on Earth, but if you start sending satellites into space or probes to the planets, you are going to have to worry about Einstein's relativity. Satellite clocks *do* move at different speeds because they're in a different part of Earth's gravity well. Voyager II, after its planetary assists is moving at a measurable fraction of the speed of light.

And both break down when we get very close to an atomic nucleus.

But those laws would work the same way in another galaxy on another planet. They are consistent. The coalesced, like matter, out of the boundless energy that existed after the Big Bang.

Now, if you believe in bubble universes....

Your last sentence hits the proverbial nail. The physical laws, that scientists have hypothesized, theorized and proven, are good on earth as they are on Mercury as they are on Sirius A and B. The only places where they tend to break down are black holes and going back in time to the moment of the Big Bang. There is where hypotheses take over. In particular dealing with the moment of the Big Bang, some say this is where religion and science come together.

The laws of the universe are governed by God. There is no other universe or galaxy that I know of. Gravity, air, water, sun, etc., was all given for life as we know it on planet earth.

From scientist to astronauts, and even the word of God, there is no other life form where laws need to be observed.

-
The laws of physics have been identified and refined over centuries of study and thought. Observations of our Earth, our solar system and also vastly distant objects all support those laws - very distant objects behave according to the laws that operate here on Earth.

-
I think you are talking about what is called TOE.
Theory of Everything.
It is still just a theory, but then again, so is Gravity, just a theory.

-
The laws of physics are the same EVERYWHERE in the Universe. Period. If you choose to believe otherwise, you are either ignorant or delusional.
