Hope that answered your question and concern. Glad you changed your mind about the suicide intent. Consider telling your counselor about this in the near future so you may learn more from the experience.Regards.-Question is you had all these pills in your stomach .the hospital would have done a stomach pump to remove all the pills.......
From a functional perspective, the effects your feeling are due to the following: Diarrhea- intestines trying to purge irritants present. Dizziness- secondary to fluid loss with diarrhea. Stomach cramping: again, the body actively functioning to purge irritants.
Tips: watch your eyes. If your eyes are yellow hue/tint, you are possibly experiencing acute liver failure- treatable and requires treatment. Increase your fluid intake. Your body wants what ever irritating substances you put in out, help it by increasing your daily water intake; 2-3 liters daily. Dizziness, should resolve with fluid increase, but in the meanwhile change your positions in a slow mannerism as this should reduce that lightheaded sensation. Take it easy with your food intake. Eat a soft diet like mash potatoes, rice, yogurt, jello, etc... If you begin bleeding out of your rectum or vomiting coffee ground like substances go to the hospital. Also, take it easy for the next couple of days- rest so your body can too.

Question is you had all these pills in your stomach .the hospital would have done a stomach pump to remove all the pills. That is why your still hurting in your stomach. It will pass .just think .a large tube was in you and the doctors were pushing it hard all inside your stomach to remove the pills.give it time the psin will go. Hope this helps you. Take it easy .lay down and rest as much as you can.
you took a tiny od but that may work against you because you didn't mention being sick as you would have if you had taken a larger dose. i took 20 or more paracetamol a day along with a load of other stuff for 4 and half years before i got put on morphine and i still wake up each morning. You need a blood test to see if there was any liver damage. Go to your local hospital tell them your symptoms and if they think you need to go to the other hospital they will provide transport.
A paracetamol od takes 2 weeks to kill, but 8 tabs per day is maximum and you've barely breached it. Just go and get checked it will put your mind at rest.
Do you have a poison control hotline you can call where you live? The emergency room at the hospital should be open at 1am, I would wake your parents up and tell them you dont feel good and need to go to the emergency room, then tell the doc what is wrong. Dont worry about your parents getting mad, they would rather you tell them then suffer. Or call a good friend to take you to the hospital. If you really feel that bad, definatly do something about it dont just wait. I hope you feel better! And I understand where you are coming from, I have suffered from depression for years and at about 18years old I downed about a half a bottle of ibprophen and got really sick from it. You can help that you are depressed ask for help.
