The problem is I made a dish and someone ate an unknown amount of calories from it
I need to know how many calories are in (whats left)=1910 grams
starting amount:CALORIES = 1134.93 WEIGHT in grams = 29803
I had 416g = 226.8cal
and then someone had = 477 grams
Or if someone knows a method to get the calories from a 100g serving from this information if thats even possible
Either answer would be great, thanks in advance guys

Something is not right here
because your dish first shows a calorie to weight ratio of
1134.93 cal / 2803 gm = 0.4049 cal/gm
Then you say
416 gm = 226.8 cal, which is 0.5542 cal / gm
if your dish is not homogeneous (i.e. some parts of the dish are fattier than others) then we need to know from which part of the dish was the unknown eaten.
The 477 gm part can have
477gm X 0.4049 cal/gm = 193.14 cal
OR
477gm X 0.5542 cal/gm = 260.06 cal
And 100 gm can have
404.9 cal / 100gm
OR
554.2 cal / 100gm

I see where the numbers got messed up.
2 servings is (280.3gm +280.3gm) = 560.6 gm not 416 gm, and that is 226.98 cal, That makes the first ratio of (0.4049cla/gm) correct along with all the calculations associated with it.
You can ignore the second set of calculations.
