Can you graph this equation? -2x+5y=10

3.4. From your first point (0, 2) go up 2 and over 5 to the right.6. Go down 2 and over 5 from the next point.......
use slope intercept form: y=mx+b
m=slope
b=y-intercept

Instead of those lame A$$ explanations, how about just the answer:
-2x + 5y = 10
5y = 2x + 10
y = 2/5x + 2

m = 2/5
b = 2

YOU'RE WELCOME!

This equation is given in standard form, all you have to do is change it into slope form:

-2x+5y=10

1. add the 2x to both sides so the equation will look like :
5y=2x+10

2. divide each number by 5 because you need to isolate the y by its self

Result:
y=2/5x+2
(which is the form that it needs to be put in, as stated)

then just graph :)
hope this helps
good luck

Y=-2/5X +2
1. Go up 2 spaces on the y axis. Make a dot.
2. From this point go down 2 and over 5 to the left
3. From this point you can continue going 2 up and 5 over (to the left)
4. From your first point (0, 2) go up 2 and over 5 to the right.
6. Go down 2 and over 5 from the next point.
7. Connect these dots
If you don't understand then try using google images and compare them to this description.
I apologize if there are any mistakes I am currently using mental math.
