so you got it right!-You are correct.......
i will reward u full points for helping if i did this wrong

find equation of each line. write solution in y=mx+b
a) with x int of -12 and y int of 18
--
m = 18 /12 -> 3/2
b=18 -> y int
y=3/2x+18

-
yes your answer is right

another way to solve it is by using the equation for intercepts

x/a + y/b = 1 (where a is the x intercept , b is the y intercept,)
so
x/(-12) + y/18 =1
which gives
y=3/2x+18

[a quick justification for the intercept equation is that when y=0 we have x=a is the x intercept,
Similarly when x=0, y=b.]

Hey you forgot the negative mark, m = -3/2

So y = -3/2 x + 18.

The x int. is -12, right?

-
you have two points, that is (-12,0) and (0,18)
m = 18/12 = 3/2
b = 18
so you got it right!

-
You are correct.
