I have NO idea how to graph this:
1000<_ f <_ 17000
10000<_p<_150,0000
if you want to see how the graph is supposed to look:
look at number 25.

I haven't done this in a very long time, so maybe I'm wrong. Draw the line x = 1000 and lightly shade everything to the right of it. Then draw x=17000 and shade everything to the left of it. Erase the outer areas shaded. Rotate your page. Now draw y=10000 and shade everything to the right of it lightly. Draw y=1500000 and shade everything to the left of it. Now erase the the outer areas. Erase all the outer areas and darken the area that the 4 lines encompass. That should be it. :) I apologize if I'm wrong, but this is from so long ago. Oh, and it would help if you had a graphing calculator to check if you're right and just for a general preview.
