I was good in mathematics when i was reading in 8th standards...now i am in 10th grade and my final exam is on 2nd march means more 3-4 days left.. now also i have the capacity to do good in math... but since 9th grade.. i have been doing math test very bad.... when i practice at home i do the problems easily but in test i cant do perfectly... i am very fast in doing mathematics problems...But the fact is that now i am distracted towards negative things like... having a gf , dating a girl , kissing a girl, fighting or to become a popular boy in school... beside this thing i am very impatience.....But anyone can give me suggestion to get good marks in math exam.... one thing more i am suffering from obsessive things .. please some help....

my suggestion is be patient. having a gf, kissing her is not a problem at all i think,
but "...to become a popular boy in school.....'' is not a good idea if it disturbs ur main duty i.e. study.
Medication may help u 2 control ur mind. keep some time for math each day. u know that math is the most easy and interesting subject.make a standard routine and follow the routine strictly with some small flexibility.

this means you should keep your distractions away at least for 1 month..
coming to improving maths ..
you may be faster at solving problems at home..
but in an exam solving is a different situation
keep your head cool and revise all the concepts
keep all the distractions in your recycle bin for the moment
you can restore them in your vacations ...
practice previous exam papers and sit as if you are in a exam even at home
with high amount of seriousness

i dont know how easy math comes to you but even if you find math hard, you should be able to do all those things you want to do and still get good grades in math. just manage your time, set aside time for math and other homework. in classes that are heavy in math (i.e. math ^.^) you need to prasctice every day. even if youve done a question 3 times its still good to do it again as practice.
i think the main thing with you is that now youre in highschool and youre around all these other people and you have lots more freedom you dont know how to manage it all... All you have to do is set aside an hour a day to working on math (if you dont get it) and at least 30 minutes of practicing questions every day to do good

Keep your calm ,revise important formulas . If you are good in maths you will get good marks. Take a small question bank which contains normal questions on that subject . Just don't loose your calm and be patient . Maths exam in CBSE 10th grade is easy (though don't know about your board).
