y = 7/5x + 57/5 has slope 7/5
Line parallel has same slope
Through (-6,5) Plug in x and y and the slope 7/5
y = mx + c
5 = 7/5 * - 6 + c
5 = -42/5 + c
25/5 = - 42/5 + 67/5
c = 67/5
Equation is y = 7/5x + 67/5
