The perimeter of a rectangle is 56cm. The width is 6cm less than the length. Find the width and the length. and if the inequality reads 3 less than or equal to 4, is it a true statement? I get confused!

-
So there will be 2 edges which are the widths and 2 which are the lengths
width= w Length = w+6
2w + 2(w+6) = 56
2w + 2w +12 = 56
4w + 12 = 56
4w = 44
w = 11
So width is 11 and length is 11+6=17

I'm not sure what the last bit means though sorry
