Can someone help me with this question, i have an exam today for systems and the teacher didnt teach me this

000 Newton – meters = 200,Power measures how fast the work is done.Power = Work ÷ time = 200,000 ÷ 10 = 20,Mass * g = weight = 5000 N,Work = 5000 * 40 = 200,......
a lift of weight 5000N moves to the last floor of 50m high building for 10 seconds. Calculate: the speed of the life, the work done to raise it up to 40 metres high, the power required during the motion?
please help me

-
Speed = distance ÷ time = 40 meters ÷ 10 seconds = 4 m/s

Work = Force * distance
Force = weight of lift = 5000 N
Distance = 40 meters
Work = 5000 * 40 = 200,000 Newton – meters = 200,000 joules

Power measures how fast the work is done.
Power = Work ÷ time = 200,000 ÷ 10 = 20,000 watts

OR

Work = Increase of potential energy = mass * g * (increase of height)
Mass * g = weight = 5000 N, Increase of height = 40 meters
Work = 5000 * 40 = 200,000 joules = 200,000 Newton – meters

AND

Power = Force * velocity = 5000 * 4 = 20,000 watts
