¿Lo qué es de 8 a la potencia de 2/3?Yo sé cómo hacer los poderes de 1/3, pero estoy confundido con 2/3?Cualquier ayuda por favor?Tengo más preguntas, pero si yo trabajo esto,......
In English:
What is 8 to power of 2/3?

I know how do powers of 1/3 but I am confused with 2/3?

Any help please?

I have more questions, but I work this out, I work out others, yes?

Thank you very much.

En español:

Tengo más preguntas, pero si yo trabajo esto, puedo trabajar por el otro, ¿no?
Muchas Gracias.

Just remember, the denominator in the exponent represents the index of the radicand (the small number to the left of the radicand, √ ), and the numerator represents the power to the number inside the radicand (called the radical).

For example, 8^(2/3) would translate into:
Cube root of (8)^2, which is equal to 4.

From applying what I've outlined above, the numerator represents the radical (number under √ symbol) raised to itself (that is, the numerator) and the denominator represents the number outside of the √ symbol.

Some more examples,
9^(1/2) would just be the square root of (9)^1

Hey, 8 powered to 2/3 is the same as 8 powered to 2 and the the whole thing again powered to 1/3. So basically 8 powered 2/3 would be cube root of 8*8.
Hope this helps. :)

8^(2/3) = cbrt(8^2) = cbrt(64) = 64^(1/3) = 4, answer

cbrt = cube root

-
8^2/3 = (8^1/3)^2 = 2^2 = 4

8^2/3 = (8^2)^1/3 = 64^1/3 = 4

I think its just 8^.66666
