How do you change this to polar form

......
the equation is 4x^2-y^2=4
im so confused on what to do!

also could you help me change this to rectangular form?
r=2cosθ+3sinθ

THANK YOU!

-
x=r cosθ and y=r sinθ

4(r cosθ)^2 -(r sinθ)^2=4

4r^2 cos^2θ -r^2 sin^2θ=4

r^2(4cos^2θ - sin^2θ)= 4

Since cosθ=x/r and sinθ=y/r then

r=2cosθ+3sinθ becomes

r=2(x/r)+3(y/r) multiply all by r

r^2=2x+3y but r^2=x^2+y^2 then

x^2+y^2=2x+3y

x^2-2x+y^2-3y=0
