As the number you are dividing by, also divides by 10, take away the 0. Then put a decimal point in the first number:
22.7 divided by 2 will give the same result as 227 divided by 20.

2 into 2 = 1
2 into 2 = 1
2 into 7 = 3 with one remaining. As it is the last number, put a 0 on the end. (22.70)
2 into 10 = 5
