(A) 144
(B) 180
(C) 200
(D) 300

4-digit integers with the form of 1xx2 or 1xx5
2nd digit has 10 choices (0-9)
3rd digit has 10 choices 0-9
4th digit has 2 choices
so 10x10x2 = 200
the answer is (C)
