If your question is log(base4) of 64 times log(base 64) of 4, use the change of base formula;
log64/log4 X log4/log64
(1.8062/0.6021)(0.6021/1.8062)
(3)(0.333)=1

any time you have a log that is not to the base 10, (which is quite often) you have to use the change of base formula to solve it.
remember, logs are simply exponents, it's that simple (at least that's what it says here)
