.go to your teacher.......
sin^2x / 1 - cosx = 1 + cosx

Have no idea how to get the other side and tried multiple things!
I am confused!

-
sin^2/(1 - cos) = 1 + cos

(1 + cos)sin^2/((1 + cos)(s - cos)) = 1 + cos

sin^2(1 + cos)/(1 - cos^2) = 1 + cos

sin^2(1 + cos)/sin^2 = 1 + cos

1 + cos = 1 +cos

-
You should show your work !

sin^2 x = 1 - cos^2 x = (1 + cos x)(1 - cos x)

this is too easy...learn Pythagorean identities...read your textbook...practice...go to your teacher.
