(sqrt12)/2=sqrt(12)/sqrt(4)=sqrt(12/4)=s…
-
the square root of 12 is also the square root of 4 * 3
you can take the 4 out and put it outside of the symbol and get 2 * sqr (3) / 2
then the 2's cancel out and you are left with the sqr (3)

simplify the radical.
√12 / 2
(√(4x3)) / 2
(√4 x √3) / 2
2√3 / 2
NOTE that 2/2 = 1, leaving you with
1√3 / 1
√3 / 1
√3
√12 / 2
(√(4x3)) / 2
(√4 x √3) / 2
2√3 / 2
NOTE that 2/2 = 1, leaving you with
1√3 / 1
√3 / 1
√3

(sqrt 12)/ 2 = {(sqrt(2*2*3)} /2
= (2sqrt3) / 2
= (2* sqrt3) / 2
= sqrt3
= (2sqrt3) / 2
= (2* sqrt3) / 2
= sqrt3
