99,96,96,95,94,90,......
Does anyone know what a stem and leaf plot is and/or how to make one? THANKS!!!!:D

basically it is a way of organizing numbers so that it appears like a horizontal bar graph. all of the largest or "starting" digits of a number are placed on the left of the line (the stems) and all of the numbers in your set with the same "starting" digets are placed in the same row, but only the ones digit of each number is displayed.
For example, Say a small class has the following grades on a test.

99,96,96,95,94,90,88,88,88,81,73,55,51… 101,105

this plotted would look like this (see below);
5|1 5
6|
7|3
8|1 8 8 8
9|4 5 6 6 9
10|1 5

notice how since there are a lot of scores in the 90's, that row is longer. also notice that since no one got a score in the 60's, there are no leafs in that row (sometimes however teachers just want you to not include that row at all, but it doesnt hurt)

this is a decent video with an example

A stem and leaf plot is a way of presenting data in a graphical format.
There are numbers before a line, and the numbers after the line are the second digit of the first digit.
2|4 5 8 9
3|0 3 5 8 They are also in order. The first line is actually the numbers 24,25,28, and 29. The
4|4 7 8 9 second line is 30,33,35, and 38, and so on and so forth. I hope you understand! :)
5|3 3 5 6
6|2 3 5 7
7|1 1 1 1
8|0 2 3 5
