The government has to get its money for every single government program from some where..-where do they get it from us! Did you know i have i power plant here in indianapolis that is and has been nuclear powered since the late 7o's? Did you know that indianapolis power and light is actually part of the government? They say they burn fossil fuel or charcoal they liars... We most advanced society more then japan... How japan get power? Nuclear. Guess what they do not charge japanese people their for power and light... Its free cause a marble of nuclear radioactive energy will last a big city for fifty years... But here in the good old us of a? They blindly charge everyone by "guessing" what we use! IT IS A SCAM TO CHARGE EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN AND BUSINESS TO ROB THEM AND THEN USE THAT MONEY FOR MILITARY DEFENSE RESEARCH OR TO BUY POLICE EQUIPMENT..-IT IS A SCAM! THATS WHY GOVERNMENT MESSED UP EVERYTHING FROM PINK Slime TO ALTERNATIVE ENERGY IS NOTHING MORE THEN A SCAM TO FEED OuR FAT GOVERNMENT WHILE GETTING

Nuclear power isn't free. Nuclear plants cost billions of dollars to design and build. With coal, all you have to do is mine it, clean it off, and burn it. Nuclear fuel has to be mined, purified, and enriched. It's a long, complicated process. Only a few countries even have the technology to do it.

And I don't know who told you that electricity in Japan is free. That couldn't be farther from the truth. Electricity in Japan costs about twice as much as in the US. Only about a quarter of Japan's power comes (came) from nuclear. Most of the rest comes from coal, which they have to import. The US actually has some of the cheapest electricity among industrialized countries.
