I need guidence with this electronics project

i can easily make this circuit but i don`t know how to do it`s programming? am i supposed to program it using Assembly language or C++(i know it might sounds stupid if there is nothing to do with C++) but i have`nt studied Assembly language ever it is part of our degree but in 4th semester but a friend of mine is very good with Object oriented programming and i am good with C++ so if i need to program it with C++ its not a problem.Regards-There is a link near the bottom of that page.Download HEX file-Hi so what you want is it handed to you on a plate well that is not going to happen, we do usually know what we want to achieve and have to spend hours finding out how to give us what we want.being able to program in assembly language is only good for one type of chip as it varies from chip manufacturer to manufacturer like the old motorola 6502 chip uses a far different coding and working to the intel 8080 chip as a sample of what does not work even todaysPICs use different coding so what are you trying to do depends on what you can get your hands on but the best known is the MICROCHIP then you have to decide what one as some come as simple as a 509 which very basic and only does traffic light red yellow and green.......
