Are you terrified of earthquakes

if not what are you really afraid of ?

No - there's never going to be a really serious quake where I am (UK) We've got really boring geology that never does anything like an earthquake....

I used to be really scared of earthquakes. Then that big one hit Japan and I heard about the nuclear meltdown. I realized that it could happen here too. So now that's what I'm terrified of, a nuclear power plant melting down because of uncontrollable events. So now I'm going to rant a little. There are reports of how the nuclear power plants we have now are not prepared for a catastrophe, yet instead of focusing on that and getting them prepared the vice president of whatever organization is in charge of nuclear power is going on about all the new plants that are going to be built.
