.. thats wrong. Thank you!-Average Chromium is 51.996: 12C is atomic weight 12; dividing = 4.......
Chem problem that I am not sure i even understand and my professor didnt help. haha, soo here I am. If you know how to solve this can you explain a bit too instead of just giving an answer. The answer that I got was about 4 but according to wileyplus... that's wrong. Thank you!

Average Chromium is 51.996: 12C is atomic weight 12; dividing = 4.333 times heavier. Neil

12C? I'm not sure what that means but I'm assuming it means 12 units of carbon seeing as it's a multiple of 4...

I'd assume you take the combined mass of 12 carbon units (look it up on a periodic table), and then compare that to the mass of one chromium unit.

Make sure you answer in AMU's!
