2 Al + Cr2O3 → 2 Cr + Al2O3
[There are several other oxides of Cr, but they all produce the same products, just in different ratios.]
There aren't many metals that can replace Ba, but maybe:
2 Li + BaO → Ba + Li2O
4 Al + 3 MnO2 → 3 Mn + 2 Al2O3
