you will probably do another year of advanced general chemistry and then go on to quantitative analysis ( a chem course that has a lot of complex math involved). From there, you may go on to biochemistry or organic chemistry.Good luck next year and enjoy all your labs!......
I am going to be in 11th grade now, and I am taking chemistry. I would like to know what chemistry I am going to learn, because there are a lot of chemistry's out there. What Chemistry comes first out of all of them.

Hi Orkhan

Wow, get ready for an exciting year of chemistry! Generally, as a 11th grader and if you are not taking AP Chemistry, you will learn just the basics of general chemistry. This is simply like acid and bases, stoichiometry, density, equilibrium reactions, lewis diagrams, gas laws, dimensional analysis and other fundamental concepts of chemistry. The concepts are generally easy to understand but make sure to learn them well because concepts add up after subsequent years of chemistry. I believe after you hit college, you will probably do another year of advanced general chemistry and then go on to quantitative analysis ( a chem course that has a lot of complex math involved). From there, you may go on to biochemistry or organic chemistry.

Good luck next year and enjoy all your labs!
