Are there any Isotope's on the periodic table

..and the most common isotope of Li on Earth, indeed has 3 protons and 4 neutrons, however 6Li, another isotope of Li,......
If so; how many are there?

Is Lithium an example of an Isotope because it does not have the same amount of protons and neutrons?

-
there are only the actual elements , NO isotopes
if there were isotope you would see three helium(s)
lithium is element , not an isotope ,
its atomic number 3

-
You need to review what an isotope is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isotope

7Li, the isotope of Li to which you referred...and the most common isotope of Li on Earth, indeed has 3 protons and 4 neutrons, however 6Li, another isotope of Li, has 3 protons and 3 neutrons.

The information on a Periodic Table normally reports the mass of the elements as the weighted average of each element's isotopes, weighted on the basis of their relative natural abundance. It normally does not report information about the various isotopes of the elements, but, depending upon who prepared the Table, such information could be present.

Isotopes are elements which have the same number of protons but different number of meutrons

in a usual periodic table they give only the name of the elements independently of the isotopes

Remark ; this is true for usual periodic table but In many periodic table on the net, you can click on the name of 1 element and a new page appears which give all the isotopes

-
No - isotopes will be followed by a number as in Lithum 6
Only ELEMENTS are listed in the table - their variants are Isotopes.
Some elements are not naturally ocurring, of course and have been synthesised.

-
no, only elements
