In any molecule single bonds and pairs of electrons are equivalent to one another. Non bonding and bonding pairs can be interchanged but corresponding changes in charge must be shown.

In resonance forms of a species bonds can be moved around but the total number of electrons attached to any atom must not change unless it gains a positive charge ( effectively loses an electron) or a negative charge (effectively gains an electron)
Using that logic a,b and d are resonance forms but c is an example of two different compounds (i.e. an alcohol or alkanol and a ketone or alkanone)
