For my chemistry homework there's a question that asks to "List four different substances in each of the three states of matter." In the reading it explains what a substance is (a particular matter with a definite fixed composition) and I know that the 3 states of matter are solid, liquid, and gas. There's nothing in the reading about any substances in the states of matter! Please help me?
