in atmospheres?i got the answer of 22.69 but since it has to be in atm the answer would be .22 right?1atm x 0.0781L / 273K = p2 x 4.......
78.1 mL of nitrogen at STP is heated to 79.0°C and the volume increased to 4.43 L. What is the new pressure, in atmospheres?

i got the answer of 22.69 but since it has to be in atm the answer would be .22 right?

-
p1v1/t1 = p2v2/t2
1atm x 0.0781L / 273K = p2 x 4.43L / 352K
p2 = 0.0227atm

-
P2 = P1V1T2 / V2T1 = 1 atm * 0.0781 L * 352 K / (4.43 L * 273 K) = 0.0227 atm

Google the Combined Gas Law...thats what you need.
