I know that worms eat dead organic materials such as dead leaves, compost, paper, ect... But I need to know what specific nutrient they most depend on. Can anyone help me??

Pretty much the same as us.
Proteins, fat and carbohydrates. They also need pretty much the same minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, Iron, sulfur... They would need some potassium, chlorine, sodium like all eukaryotes. We essentially reproduced the oceans in our blood and worms have the same biology. Some of them are better at digesting cellulose so they can use them for carbohydrates. They probably still rely on microbes to help digest it.
