Is it possible that one exists on another planet or galaxy, even universe? Something so different that our human minds so used to our shades and tones that we can't even comprehend it until seeing it? It hurts my head thinking about it

No. Light and radiation are the same. Radiation consists of electromagnetic waves. Humans see a very narrow range of wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation that makes up all visible light and colors (Exception: Black is the absence of light). So it doesn't matter where you go your eyes are limited in the colors they can currently see and you will not find new colors in another galaxy or whatever. Some animals can see a few different colors we can't like infrared waves.
Try to imagine a color you've never seen. It is impossible. You can only imagine what you have experienced.

For me i belive there is something living on another planet or galaxys weather it be a small organism to another world of people but i dont not believe that out of all the galaxys and planets we are the only people/ living things living on them.

Yes. Almost everything is possible.. except stapling water to a tree.. lol :3

Of course. Human sight is not the only means of visual perception.

No less so than finding a new whole number half way between four and five.
