Theoretically they could, but in practice it is highly unlikely. DMD is a disorder carried on the X chromosome, males have only one X which they inherit from their mother, as the Y chromosome they get from their father does not carry the same genes, one copy of the gene will ensure that they suffer from the condition.
Females on the other hand have two X, which they get from each parent. In order to have DMD both chromosomes must carry the trait. Importantly this means that they must inherit it from their father, who would therefore also be affected. As DMD is still likely to prevent males from reproducing, so they will not pass on an affected chromosome to their daughters.
