I read that not pooping regularly could add up to 30lbs. Why? What is behind the science and biology of this? Please I am very interested in various forms of education. I would love to know the science behind it. And why it happens.

you body holds a few pounds of poop in the intestines at any given time.
so if you dont let it out your intestines will be full (taking up more space) of poop and that poop weighs something. 30lb is a lot but possible.
also, depending on the food you eat, some stuff sticks to the lining of the intestine and stays there.
some people get colonics or enemas to dislodge this waste material.
some people trick themselves by getting enemas to lose weight. they do lose weight but its not from burning fat lol.

Well its basically the build up of gas and feces that needs to be released.
