I hope this helps!Cheers.......
I don't need a lot of information, since I'm only 13, but it's for my Science Fair Project. A brief description that uses smaller words will do. Thanks!

T and B cells are both white blood cells that part of the human immune system (you know the system that prevents you from getting sick).

To simply definite them: the B lymphocytes (B Cells) actually fight the disease, and the helper T lymphocytes (T cells) send signals to the B lymphocytes so that they can fight them.

if you want a more in-depth definition...
T cells: There are many types of T cells. (but their job is mainly to identify and help the B cells)
These are some of the types of T cells.
-Natural Killer: cells play a role in natural defense, [identifying] bacteria quickly and [destroying] them.
-Helper: helps assist the B cell, sent signals.
-Memory: Remember the types of bacteria and help the B cells remember how to fight them.
and a bunch other more but those ^ are the most important ones a 13 year old should know.

B cells: are a type of white blood cell that produce antibodies and do all the fighting.

I hope this helps!
Cheers.
