Our only comprehension of external reality is Space - an all-pervading three dimensional entity. If you open your mouth there is space in it (at least your Surgeon will find it when you are on his operation table) as well between the atoms in your body & within each atom.
You see around things - men, their talk, your wife & kids born. When none of them are illusion but reality, how can this extension into 'above', be an illusion? Your argument is indefensible.
You are under a mistaken Notion of Two worlds, one on Earth & one above. As long as you nurture double standards you'll be under the illusion for life. Interpretations vary from time to time for same reality.

Haha jks, I'm not religious. I believe that there is already an alien civilization beyond our reach, as they have hidden themselves from us due to the youth of our species. As they are much more advanced than us, I believe they created a illusion based off the universe that surrounds our solar system.
If not, then all is all it seems, as we are known(only by us) to be the most intelligent species in the universe to this date.
