Can the universe possibly be just a brain cell

with an IQ of 65?Yes.Yes, I think its entirely possible, one might even say probable.-POSSIBLY.......
A brain cell, like a liver cell, or a skin cell, or a pancreas cell, is a descendant of a stem cell. A stem cell is an undifferentiated cell when a 'fetus' consists of only about 50 cells, which are all the same as each other. Later on they differentiate into those different kinds of cells.
This kind of little=big and big=little kinds of questions are always wrong. There is never any similarity between the big thing and the little thing.

i think anything is possible.
our feeble human brains will never, ever be able to understand the complexity of the universe. it is just beyond our capability
think whatever you want

Could you possibly be a feces-flinging ape, with an IQ of 65? Yes. Yes, I think it's entirely possible, one might even say probable.
-
POSSIBLY. You are not the first person to come up with this idea. It's NOT your original idea at all.

Yes you are correct to assume something like this. It's rather creative. And creativity is just your imagination which is all we are. We are one consciessness experiencing itsself subjectivly. The one consciessness could be the mind from which we were born. The scale and perception of size is all just relative to the subject percieving it. Microscopic beings that are made of microscopic organism. It's all entangled. Life builds upon life. There's no such thing as death life is only a dream and
we are just the imaginations of ourselves

No.
In reality very few things are actually possible.
Th universe runs according to a very small set of very specific laws. This severely restricts what is possible.
I suggest you ask your question in the biology forum. Afterall, a brain cell is a biological item, and has nothing to do with astronomy.
Cheers!
