I've always wondered this. Do they fly it there in a rocket ship?

The sun is not a fire that needs constant stoking. It is not on fire at all. The sun's energy comes from a self sustained thermonuclear reaction. The nuclear fusion reaction taking place in the sun's core generates an enormous amount of light and heat. If you tried to dump fire wood on the sun, it would vaporize long before it reached its surface.

An obvious troll! Anyways, sun does not burn. There is no oxidation, because there is no oxygen. What happens is fusion of hydrogen and its isotopes to helium, followed by a release of tremendous amount of energy. Google/wiki it to gain further information, IF you truly don't know.

Surprise! Nobody has put any firewood on the Sun! Not even sure if they left any wood on the Moon. Maybe a wooden golf putter was left up there?

You do and you're late.
The Sun is fusion not a fire.
