how to override the fact that most the innovative and outstanding research in aerospace is kept classified and not published?
In short, you can't... two things: if it's not published, you're probably not going to be able to find it, unless you know the researcher personally, or he's at least the friend of a friend... If the government has filed research as "classified", and you're without clearance - you'll not be able to get around it. What you *can* do is present your ideas/research to a representative, and outline how it ties into the classified data....it's a long shot, but you may be a value-added asset.
how to achieve significant research ideas while you are not aware with the '' Real '' ideas of the industry?
Not sure what this means.... research is research; some of it will yield useful products and ideas, other research may not; It sounds like you're hoping to create an "Invention Shop" like Edison had for several years... Any new ideas developed *at* or *for* an aerospace company instantly becomes theirs for patenting - so... get a good lawyer if you're hoping to 'keep' your inventions yours.
or it's possible to Create outstanding research useful for the industry without knowing the secrets?
Industry research has the advantage of having *billions* of dollars as a resource. Sure, the private, small, 1-man and 2-man labs will sometimes create something amazing, but unless you have the backing and material.... you'll probably not get anywhere on your own.
