Ever since my daughter turned 1 she does things that I cant explain. She is now 22 months and she points to things that are not there, talks to things that are not there and at times she comes running to me because she is scared. I have even seen this for myself... There have been times where she is just standing there looking at something and something scares her and she comes running to me. I hear things but dnt see anything and I will feel something touch me but i dnt see anything (this happens a lot when we are all in bed) the strange thing about everything this seems to happen where ever we go. Am I going crazy? Does my toddler have an over active imagination?

No, kids don't have a magical power to see things that we don't, or things that aren't there. Their eyes are just like ours, not even as good actually. What they do have the power to do is make stuff up. And as long as you keep paying attention to her when she's doing it, she's going to keep doing it.

well i don't think that infants/toddlers have any special power. Most probably she has an extra ordinary imagination but the problem is that even you can feel it. So Maybe your daughter has a spiritual connection (yes i do believe in spiritual powers and magic)

You are suggesting that your daughter can see these things in her youth do to the fact that she is "pure".. Hollywood drivin poppycock. What you are really doing is adding far too much weight to the actions of an infant. Most likely you yourself are a drama queen and prefer to be the center of attention. I am not suggesting you made a plan and executed it, but obviously you are subconciously placing your daughter in a position that demands attention. Not from her peers, but from yours.. I think you should grow up and get a grip. If you react to every strange behavior you daughter has, guess what? That's right, it will greatly increase the likelyhood of that behavior happening more and more. Your daughter does not have an over active imagination. You do.
