I'm no scientist but the past few hours I have been delving into the massive amounts of information found on Wikipedia and to be honest, most of it confuses me but never the less it interests me. I learned that a nebulae is a collection of gasses and particles formed from when a star that doesn't have enough mass to supernova (Right?). Is it possible that a nebula could contain a planet in it somehow ore is it just a big collection of interstellar junk?

Nebulae are like star nurseries; planets (usually) orbit stars.

If the gas in a nebula gets really dense, it can collapse on itself and condense into a star (or a brown dwarf, which is a failed star). Around a protostar (a new star) protoplanetary disk, which forms planets. So, technically, a planet can be formed in a nebula.

Also, there are lots of "rouge planets" that were ejected from their solar systems that might be found in a nebula (or just about anywhere else in the galaxy).

A nebula creates solar systems. In these solar systems are stars and planets. Depending on the amount of time that solar system has been there it may have formed planets. Nebula are created through the explosion of stars. The famous ones are those of supernova explosions. Our sun will only create a planetary nebula which is very small compared to most others. Our solar system and other close solar systems were made from the same supernova explosion.

Wrong. If it's a proto-solar nebula that is forming a new star there probably ARE planets forming right along with the new star. What causes that nebula to start spinning and flatten out to form the star is usually the bow shock wave(s) of one or more relatively nearby massive stars going super nova.
