How do they know there are not aliens on the moon

There were or are secret government programs ,other countries as well, to utilize these methods. One former government operative tells of seeing an alien base(VERY LARGE) being built on the darkside of the moon and he knew the aliens sensed they were being watched. Yes, isnt it ODD that we havent been back to the moon in 35 years ?......
It is better to make a decision on facts and what they show than to speculate from non-facts and lack of information.

Talking about E.T.s always conjures up sci-fi and myths etc. but in my later years I have realized that there is some validity in almost every weird or psychic aspect or ability. There are numerous books about remote viewing which is a technique to mentally travel anywhere in the universe. There were or are secret government programs ,other countries as well, to utilize these methods. Yes, isn't it ODD that we haven't been back to the moon in 35 years ? or have we ? There are technologies and techniques which can hide or cloak structures etc. from satellites. This has been used for centuries on earth by space folks and our own spiritual masters . There are more than one "city" that are for ET's (and our own spiritual travelers) to reside and adapt to earth's environment and these are benevolent enclaves but must remain hidden.-best wishes.

You mean that all these probes with high definition cameras that have been buzzing around the Moon since the 70s don't count?
The Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter has taken images so clear that we can actually see the footsteps from the 70s.

The Japanese probe SELENE is taking high-def video of the entire surface, using different filters at each sweep. They are even identifying the minerals on the surface -- in high-def!
The ONLY places where we have seen signs of aliens on the Moon are...
... in movies and on known hoaxer websites.

It is notoriously difficult to prove a negative, and it would be possible to come up with scenarios in which some sort of hidden alien life-form existed on the moon, but it is hugely unlikely. The lack of an atmosphere, the violent swings in temperature from the fortnight-long baking day to the fortnight-long freezing night, the lack of liquid water, and so on, would make any rational person believe that there is no life on the moon.
