I had to take a drug test and they claim it tested positive for cocaine but I know for a
fact I didn't do cocaine, could prozac lorazapram, ambien, dihyphendramine, and or codeine come back as a positive for cocaine? Or any variation of these medicines come back as positive for cocaine, because those medications are the only ones I take HELP!!

No, They would show as opiates and benzodiazepines.to what many would like for you to believe the urine testing is very reliable. As to poppy seeds showing as opiates, they are opiates. Opiate drugs, heroin, morphine, laudanum, paregoric etc are made from poppy's. The drug screens have very low false positive rates. Once the initial screening test is done they retest for specific drug concentrations. A MRO, Medical Review Officer, evaluates the results. Any drug screen for employment has a documented Chain of Custody. LabCorp is a very large national company with an excellent reputation for accurate results. If you are really clean and want to verify request a Cocaine Hair test. Cocaine shows up in the hair in 5-7 days and will be delectable for up to 90 days.

Who did the test? I seriously doubt this.

It depends on the type of test. If this is a saliva test I'm afraid I don't really know much about those. Otherwise, many of the immunoassay type tests can be unreliable. They can false positive for a variety of reasons. The GOLD standard is the mass spec. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_spectr… Nothing hides from the mass spec. But it's not cheap. Or if it is it has become so only recently. The aforementioned immunoassay tests (like you get from the drug store) use language to mislead you about the accuracy of the test. And the inference they invite you to make (on the side of the box) is actually a well known logical fallacy. And you can be sure the statisticians at DrugCorpInc know that. :) It is well documented that over the counter medications (such as alka seltzer flagging a false positive for cannabis) can show "hot" when actually not and even "myth busters" did a story where they got poppy seed bagels to show positive for opiates.
Other things you want to consider are how the specimen was collected, who handled it, is there a chain of custody and at what level was the positive result recorded(how many ng/mL )? So what I would request is this: Ask for the a sample from the same source be shot on a mass spec. It WILL show true the contents of your fluids. Oh yeah... that reminds me... you should also find out if these tests are testing for the supposed products themselves or metabolites that are a few steps downstream enzymatically from those source molecules. It's an important distinction. In the end you may just need to get a lawyer that knows something about toxicology. I don't know how much $ you have to spend but that's what I would do if I could swing it. Best of luck to you. :)
