The last supernova visible without a telescope was in the southern hemisphere in 1987. They can last for weeks, so a video is impractical. You can't see any detail anyway; they just look like bright stars.
Here is a time-lapse video of SN1987A's light echo passing through a ring of earlier-ejected material. It's the aftermath of the supernova, however.
