Yes, everything is a matter of physics and particles. If everything about every particle in the universe is known, everything will be predicted. The problem, however, is that the computer itself will change the future it predicted if someone sees what the future is.

Err, yes and no XD. The universe on the macroscopic level is deterministic, meaning that most things can be "traced" like that. The only problem would be at a quantum level, where everything would be "random", or rather, non-deterministic.
