Latitude only refers to things on the Earth. Do you mean declination? That's a coordinate in the equatorial system. Polaris has about a 90 degree declination. Or do you mean altitude? That's in the alt-az system, and that depends on where you are on the Earth. The altitude of Polaris is equal to your latitude.
