Proof aliens exist: How come I stumbled upon a site like this

I was seriously only looking up on google search engine "incubator needs" and this site comes up, explain the alien picture in it, choose whether you think the site with words and pic is safer:

I've read it, it says the first incubator was used for aliens? wtf?

My question is just explain this site to me for people who doubt aliens... i wasn't searching aliens.. it was in the first thing that came up on google too...
And a second question, Why doesn't this person know incubators are only for chicken eggs? This question can go in three categories, but why is this site about aliens really? Why is the site admitting there are incubators for aliens? What is your thoughts on this site/issue?

First thought is that "its a nice photo-shop picture". Second thought is "what drugs does he uses?"

I admit that i believe that aliens exist in other planets, but here is a total BS... Don't think about very seriously.

People can put whatever words they want as the tags on their web sites, and this guy has put "incubator" in his for pretty obscure reasons. The picture is obviously a fake, combining a picture of a real incubator with pictures of a fake "alien."

you do realize it's the INTERNET you're talking about, right?

oh, and there's also such a thing as photoshop :P

Please choose reality. Anyone can put anything they like on the internet. It came up on your search because it had those two words in it. Understand?

The site's discussing business startup models - the alien incubator picture is just a bit of whimsy.

Aliens HAVE TO exist, otherwise why would all these easily faked photos and videos be out there? Nothing that fake can be a hoax.

Who knew aliens were made out of rubber? Come on, get a little sense.

This a computer drawn picture pure and simple. All look exactly alike.
