What was that moving star last night

because you havent told us where you live or what time you saw it. If it was moving slowly, it was probably a satellite, and you can identify it on the site below. If it was moving really fast, it was probably a meteor: there are dozens of these every night.......
i saw a moving star it was at the south what was that?

Most likely the ISS.

It will be the brightest object in the sky (Besides the moon) and will be moving at about the speed an airplane would seem to be moving.

If you see no blinking lights it is the ISS.

Get some binoculars and you can actually see the general shape!

Hard to say, because you haven't told us where you live or what time you saw it. If it was moving slowly, it was probably a satellite, and you can identify it on the site below. If it was moving really fast, it was probably a meteor: there are dozens of these every night.

Chill, it was an airplane, don't go telling everybody you saw a moving star or a UFO.

-
Very likely it was the International Space Station. You can check at www.heavens-above.com
